Join us at "The Garden of Earthly Delights" 10th Anniversary Workshop as we celebrate a decade of creativity, inspiration, artistry, and community at Life Drawing Montmartre. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable 2.5-hour life drawing experience inspired by Bosch's masterpiece. The workshop will feature our top models posing individually and together, creating a living landscape of bodies. Expect a striking sequence of poses, including a trio in the second part of the session. We’ll wrap up the workshop with a special show-and-tell, featuring a sweet surprise. This special workshop aims to capture the essence of the human form in a visually stunning and evocative manner. In the spirit of the Atelier Libre, we welcome artists and art enthusiasts of all levels. Materials are available for purchase in advance.

Here is the detailed schedule:

14:00 - 14:30: Gesture drawing/quick poses (semi-nude) at the bar upstairs
14:30 - 15:15: 3x5 min and 3x10 min poses (nude) in the studio downstairs
15:15 - 15:30: Break
15:30 - 16:15: 30 min and 3x5 min poses (nude) in the studio downstairs
16:15 - 17:00: Get-together at the bar upstairs & studio downstairs. Toast to the next decade of drawing with us*

Artistic Homage

"The Garden of Earthly Delights" workshop is a homage to Hieronymus Bosch's renowned triptych, celebrated for its intricate symbolism and dreamlike imagery. By bringing together multiple models, our drawing event seeks to recreate the vibrant and mysterious atmosphere of Bosch's masterpiece, inviting participants to explore the boundaries of their creativity.

 

The sessions are run in English / French. All media are allowed, including pastels, ink, watercolor, or paint. No easels provided. While we recommend bringing your own art supplies, a basic Drawing Materials set is available for purchase at €5. Please buy it in advance to guarantee it will be available for you at the session.

While the model poses, we kindly request no photography. However, outside of these moments, you are welcome to take pictures. Additionally, we capture some moments for sharing on our Instagram @lifedrawingmontmartre. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

IMPORTANT: We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Refunds are not issued automatically, so please email us at maria@lifedrawingmontmartre.com to request a refund after cancellation.
